Extremely satisfied,dr.patel is awesome.she talks to me like a human. She always explains what's going on in my mouth.never talks down to me or makes me feel bad about the state of my teeth.i ve had two extractions came out like butter.one of them I was told by multiple dentists it needed to be surgically removed due to its state.nope she pulled right on out. Staff and assistants are super polite and caring. Between them and the dentist it's the best.go here if you canread more

Service was quick, professional and everything was explained to me along with all options so that I could make the proper decision. On top of all that, I was charged at all for the gluing of my tooth back on.

This was our first visit after moving. The staff was friendly and courteous. Ramona, my hygienist, was very thorough and informative. She was very friendly as well. Dr Patel was so nice and also did a thorough exam. I plan to keep coming back.

Very professional yet very friendly and caring staff. Dr. Patel is a wonderful, compassionate human being on top of being a very competent dentist. She actually takes the time to speak to me as a person, not just another patient. Her assistant Maria was there on loan from another location to help out for the day, and although I wasn't one of her regulars she treated me like an old friend. Excellent experience overall. I was recommended to this practice by my daughter and I would most definitely recommend it to anyone else.read more

Was on a family trip and second day chewing bubble gum- out comes half my tooth. Was able to get appointment once I returned home. Dr. Patel explained options and also why my 30 year old filling was made so large and deep.An hour later, back home and catching up on all the favorite house projects. 😉Dr. Patel is great not to only replace old dentistry but explains options to make best long term choice. I’ll still try and avoid Carmel popcorn though.read more

I visited the dentist to have caps put on teeth that had been on hold during the covid-19 isolation time. The staff was friendly & informative, the new caps were put on without a problem. What impressed me the most was the way they sterilized everything from the time I entered and the time I left.I would recommend them to anyone needing dental care.read more

The staff at Carillon Family Dental were so gracious when I we had to shuffle my appointment. They worked with me to fit me in to a day that they had not expected at the office. Even though their staff had an emergency, they didn't cancel my appointment they worked with me to fit me in. I am so satisfied with all the great work they do. I have been a long time client of Carillon Family Dental, and I have always been impressed by the professional of their practice.But today, they really knocked it out of the park. This is the place if you have problems with anxiety!!!This whole staff is so nice and helpful! I was dreading finding a new dentist after my move that I kept putting it off. I was so pleasantly surprised and impressed by their welcoming nature and knowledge that I’m now wondering why it took me so long! I also love their sense of humor to lighten things—it helps with that anxiety!Update: just came back for the last of the work I needed done. Superb! If you have anxiety going to the dentist, you need to come here. I sometimes cried having to go and I didn’t dread this at all. I can’t begin to explain how great this office is! They took me on as a new patient when I took a new job nearby over a year ago and can’t imagine ever going to a different dentist! I’ve had to have some pretty major procedures done and many of those procedures had to be done. Dr Patel and Brissa the technician are the ones that do the work on my teeth (most of the time) and they do such an amazing job on not only getting my teeth fixed but also keeping me calm and the stress to a minimum. The front office staff such as Carla do an equally amazing job and are so helpful to me! I can not recommend this office enough. I’m a patient for life!read more

I can't say enough about how good my experience was with Dr. Patel and her assistants, Brissa and Crystal. With me having some long-standing dental phobia issues, they were exceptionally thoughtful and attentive to my situation. They were terrific to deal with in every way and we worked through my rather extensive process with me feeling less stress and anxiety than I've ever felt with any dental experience in the past. They were very professional, gentle and kind to deal with and I can't say thank you for that better than with this review.read more

Best experience, Dr. Patel and her assistant Crystal have changed my life. Having overly large front teeth, crooked also, I was always only offered braces. Dr. Patel suggested caps and for the first time in 67 years I can smile happily. They were extremely caring and seemed just as excited by my new look as I was. Dr. Pearce is an amazing and caring dentist especially with children. He makes the child feel comfortable. He works so effectively to make it a visit that is not traumatic for the child. Just had a root canal. Did not experience any pain at all. So glad my wife found this dental practice. The doctor is very good and she was comforting by taking the time to explain everything that was going on as she performed the procedure and checked my comfort level throughout the procedure. Dr. Minal Patel went above & beyond for me & I am so grateful for her. She is very experienced & knowledgeable. The previous dentist I was seeing wanted to charge me almost $3,000 in various procedures. After meeting with Dr. Patel she assured me I didn’t need that much work. She was honest & open with me & told me EXACTLY what I needed. I didn’t feel pressurized or “upsold.” I trust her expertise & judgement. I landed up having to pay only $92 in work that I NEEDED to have done. So glad to have met her & her staff.read more

Teeth can be fractured by lettuce!!Fractured my tooth had to be taken out. Dr Jundali did a great job. Hardly any pain just pressure. The assistants Vee and Sam also were very professional, helped me calm down. I just don't like being poked with a needleread more
