First Visit

We will make sure you are welcomed and treated with utmost care during your initial visit.

If your initial visit is for dental cleaning, our highly trained licensed hygienists Sue and Gene, will perform your cleaning and together with Dr. Sivananthan or Dr. Gierman, they will discuss any dental condition or treatments that you need, along with your options. One of our trained financial coordinators will discuss your financial options, such as: your co-payment and several financial options for you to fit your lifestyle.

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your visit:

A list of medications you are currently taking.
If you carry dental insurance, please bring the necessary completed forms and documents. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.

IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 during every visit.

Please inform the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to your dental work, such as: heart murmer, artificial joints, taking blood thinners or aspirins, or recent surgeries.

Some of these conditions require that you take antibiotics before any dental work is done.
